So far this year, some of you have been struggling to eat better and
exercise - then, as it always does, life happens influencing you to
remove wellness as a priority in your life.
Why? Why do you
continue to sabotage your success? Get back out there! Go for a run
today (or walk), do 25 jumping jacks, jump rope - do something.
Make healthier nutritional choices (I don't give a d*mn what you ate
yesterday or this weekend - I'm talking about right now - today). Eat
more raw foods than cooked foods - leave animal products alone (they're
killing you and stealing your vitality. . . trust me on this one). Stop
putting your sons first and your daughters first and your spouses first .
. . What about you?
The best thing you can do for your family is
to guard your health with your LIFE so that you can BE HERE and be
STRONG while you're here and THRIVE until you die.
If you are
overweight, lose it! You cannot have a successful elderly life and be
FAT, you can't! Who the hell do you think you're fooling. Don't resort
to fad diets and quick fixes - "man up" and do the work. Day - after
difficult day - Do. The. Work.
If you don't have weight to lose,
but you eat a lot of animal products, you can BEST BELIEVE, your
arteries are clogged or you're dancing with cancer (especially if those
genes run in your family) - decide to be well from the inside out. Do
