How
do you get a nation of people, who were raised and brainwashed to
believe that DAIRY is a food group, to open their eyes to nutritional
truth?
Naysayers: "Nevermind what you purport, Lisa, Dairy IS a
food group. . . that's what we were TAUGHT - so it has to be true, and
we don't intend to eliminate a whole food group from our diet - so go
some where else with your 'health is in plant foods speech.' We're good.
We'll survive."
And according to these deceptively erroneous
food groups, if fruits and veggies are carbs and grains are carbs, what
are low/no carb dieters eating?
